Ambitious Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple business segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, a knack for crafting compelling presentations, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end project management across diverse domains including Technology, Operations, Risk Management, Human Resources, Audit, Legal Secretariat, and Corporate Real Estate Services.
  2. Develop and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and investment board reviews.
  3. Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  4. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
  5. Identify risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
  6. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  7. Monitor and report on project performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in project management across multiple business domains.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise functions such as Technology, Risk, HR, Audit is highly desirable.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
