As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new customer leads, conducting presentations to clients, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve sales objectives and monthly sales targets
• Generate new customer leads from existing customer bases
• Conduct presentations to clients with basic knowledge of BMS and ACMV systems
• Understand BMS system design requirements, including various building services such as chillers, heat exchangers, ACMV, lighting, and power metering
• Create value for customers with Daikin's solutions
• Liaise and meet with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support as needed
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, homeowners, and consultants to promote sales
• Prepare project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, and technical specifications for clients
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience with basic knowledge of BMS and ACMV
• Strong salesmanship, customer-oriented, and results-focused
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft applications
• Priority consideration will be given to applicants with their own car
