Equipment Installation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Technician to maintain and repair all mechanical and electrical equipment throughout our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining various systems and equipment, including fan coil units, air handling units, electrical equipment, fire equipment, plumbing equipment, laundry equipment, guestroom technical systems, and other technical equipment.
The successful candidate will carry out planned maintenance programs for servicing and maintenance of various systems and equipment, maintain daily log sheets for recording temperatures and pressures of air conditioning chillers, freezers, and cold rooms, and change temperature recording charts as needed. They will also check mechanical and electrical systems on equipment, including servicing and checking system control circuits.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Mechanical Systems Technician will assist in reducing workloads of other technicians and perform additional duties as required. They may also be assigned as a firefighter during emergency periods and assist in keeping workshop areas, plant room, and machinery rooms clean at all times.
