We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Banking team at UNITED OVERSEAS BANK LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and driving business growth through effective sales and collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and develop strategic plans to grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Work closely with supervisors and other business units to ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
