Job Title: Skincare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality skincare treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full facial treatments, including cleansing, toning, exfoliating, and moisturizing
  • Slimming and hair removal treatments
  • Wellness treatments, such as massages and facials
  • Conduct basic skin analysis and provide personalized recommendations
  • Handle customer inquiries, book appointments, and receive customers upon arrival
  • Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach
