Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team at SHE GLOWS PTE. LTD. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to our clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and preferences. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored beauty solutions that meet their expectations.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge of beauty treatments, you will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively manage conflicts and provide seamless customer service. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail will ensure that you consistently deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that they receive a personalized and enjoyable experience
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences, and recommend relevant beauty treatments
- Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and makeup applications, to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share best practices, and provide support when needed

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry or customer service
- Strong knowledge of facial and beauty treatments, including Hydrfacial machines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of payment systems and NETS machine operation
- Cheerful disposition and strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
