Job Description:

Solar ERA PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Solar Installation Specialist to join our team.

About the Job:

This role involves performing testing and commissioning of PV Systems according to checklists, verifying as-built drawings, and inspecting PV systems. The ideal candidate will also set up and configure network switches, industrial routers, and data loggers to connect various devices. Additionally, they will support engineers in de-energizing and re-energizing PV systems, troubleshoot electrical issues, and perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Nitec/ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience or 1 year of Solar PV experience
  • Ability to quickly read and understand construction plans and schematics diagrams
  • Understanding of electrical systems and metal roof layouts for solar installations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and construction software
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Preferred Skills and Characteristics:
  • Proactive, positive, and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented and well-organized
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
