Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Engineer to lead the management of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing new contracts, administering project contracts, and overseeing the procurement process.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil/Structural/Construction) and relevant skills in MS Office, AutoCad, and Microsoft Project. With at least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably min. 2 years experience in Building Construction specializing in Quantity Surveying or Engineering in Civil/Construction/Structural, you will possess excellent negotiation and coordination skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
