", "Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Design: Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on user stories, technical specifications, and design documents.
  • Robust Test Execution: Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing for new features and existing functionality.
  • Strategic Defect Management: Proactively identify, document, and track defects with clear and concise steps-to-reproduce.
  • Test Environment Expertise: Provision, manage, and troubleshoot complex personal and shared test environments.
  • Quality Advocacy & Process Improvement: Champion quality throughout the SDLC. Provide early and continuous feedback on requirements, specifications, and technical designs.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong ability to design, develop, and execute manual test cases.
  • Hands-on experience managing testing environments.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and test setup.
  • Experience with API testing tools.
