Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets">
  • Develop and implement audit strategies tailored to client requirements">
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff, providing technical guidance and support">
  • Review and approve audit plans, workpapers, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards">
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry trends">
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and providing proactive advice and solutions">
  • Ensure timely delivery of audit reports and financial statements">
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive services to clients">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field">
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification">
  • For Manager at least 6 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role">
  • Extensive experience in auditing funds, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity">
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities">
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines">
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work">
