Responsibilities
As an FP&A Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and preparing the annual budget for submission to the corporate office.
  • Analyzing financial variances and hosting meetings with operations departments to review and discuss monthly forecast performance.
  • Compiling complex data from various sources and presenting it in management reports.
  • Reviewing records and collaborating with departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Managing SOX and internal/external audit queries.
  • Streamlining processes and participating in ad-hoc LEAN projects.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in FP&A in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • The ability to work in a complex environment and undertake manual processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
