This position plays a crucial part in overseeing the logistics team, supporting transportation, consolidation, and logistical services for operational ships. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, including local procurement services, 3PL & Logistics Vendors, and all Disney Cruise Line operating areas.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and databases, and have a strong understanding of hotel logistics, inventory management, and warehousing principles.

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee the coordination and movement of information and product from origin to destination. This includes partnering with Supply Chain Logistics, Trade Compliance, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Additionally, the Senior Specialist will be responsible for scheduling, setup, and communication with internal and external clients, conducting quarterly performance reviews for dedicated provision providers, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

As a valued member of the team, you will participate in cross-training initiatives for on-board hotel stores operations, assess shipboard teams' knowledge and compliance with Location Operating Guidelines (LOGs) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) policies and procedures, and manage Coupa Ordering Systems & Receipt for 3rd party F&B vendors.

With experience in hotel logistics, inventory, warehousing, 3PL, hotel storekeeping, and operational excellence, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the cruise line industry or back-of-house food and beverage operations
  • Experience in hotel logistics, inventory, warehousing, 3PL, hotel storekeeping
  • Operational excellence with existing cruise line's and provisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
  • Proficient computer skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and various databases
