Job Title

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing the setup and development of QS & contracts projects across South East Asia. This includes leading a team, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with project management standards.

  • Establish and manage QS & contracts projects in South East Asia.
  • Lead a team of quantity surveyors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Architectural or an equivalent discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of SIA COC and PSSCOC.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work long hours and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in quantity surveying.
