Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple landscape architecture projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Design and Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on materials, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and interns, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
Business Development:
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new projects and expanding client relationships.
  • Prepare and present proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and budgets, to potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with demonstrated expertise in project management and client interaction.
