Job Title: Frozen Food and Meat Processing Supervisor

Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our frozen food and meat processing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of food safety, production efficiency, and team management.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of production, butchery, and packaging staff.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor work performance to ensure production schedules and targets are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and safe work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale.
  • Handle on-site emergencies, resolve conflicts, and address employee performance issues.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the frozen food, meat processing, or warehouse industry.
  • Proven experience in a cold room or cold storage environment is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and quality control practices.
