Lead AI Model Engineer

We are seeking an expert in artificial intelligence to develop and deploy large language models, reinforcement learning agents, and recommendation systems.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in applied AI/ML development (LLMs, RL, NLP, or computer vision).
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or retrieval systems is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers (Hugging Face) is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy AI-driven recommendation systems for content discovery and game engagement.
  • Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for dynamic NPC conversations and player queries.
  • Integrate speech recognition and text-to-speech models into mobile applications.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
