Project Opportunities in Marine and Geotechnical Engineering

We are a leading contractor specialising in delivering large-scale coastal, dredging, reclamation, and geotechnical projects across Southeast Asia.

Our team is technically driven with deep expertise in engineering execution, project delivery, and operational excellence. We have a growing pipeline of regional projects, making this an exciting opportunity for engineers ready to take ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution across diverse marine environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and drive the execution of major marine and geotechnical infrastructure projects.
  • Lead sections of the project, manage interfaces with stakeholders, and provide technical input to optimise methods and resources.
  • Oversee on-site execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Act as primary coordinator between contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
  • Maintain project progress, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Provide technical input on methodologies, soil improvement, and coastal protection solutions.
  • Lead QA/QC processes and ensure adherence to environmental and safety requirements.
  • Support junior engineers and site teams, fostering technical growth and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil, Marine, Geotechnical, or Coastal Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3 years' experience in marine, dredging, reclamation, or geotechnical works, with proven site and planning exposure.
  • Understanding of dredging equipment, reclamation techniques, soil behaviour, and coastal protection methods.
  • Experience in project planning tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) an advantage.
