We are seeking a skilled professional to support our engineering and technical services team. This role involves conducting rubber testing and analysis, handling equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring timely documentation updates.

  • Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, and compounding.
  • Conduct rubber property evaluations according to SOPs and checklists.
  • Set up and operate laboratory machines and testing equipment.
  • Handle raw materials and prepare samples for testing.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and storage locations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the laboratory through regular housekeeping.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and company guidelines.
  • Assist engineers and managers in technical service tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a rubber inspection or materials testing laboratory (preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a lab environment and operating mechanical equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments and equipment.
  • BASIC computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, data entry).
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently.
