Civil Engineering Supervisor Role

As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects involving civil and structural works. This role requires strong technical expertise in areas such as earthworks, minor RC works, turfing works, reinstatement works, and drainage management.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the execution of civil engineering projects to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  2. Collaborate with site teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during project execution.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential risks.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize costs and optimize resource utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in civil engineering supervision, preferably with LTA certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage site teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and BIM.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
