Physician Care Innovator

As a senior physician, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's care models for metabolic syndrome and skin conditions. This includes delivering high-quality patient care, managing common acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and dermatological issues.
This involves performing basic procedures like venipuncture and ECG interpretation, recommending health screening panels for patients, conducting physical examinations for occupational clearance or insurance screening, reviewing and interpreting health screening reports, and advising on follow-up care.
Additionally, you will mentor and train clinic staff in basic health screening, triage, and on-site care procedures. You will also participate in improving care delivery, operational processes, and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Manage common acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and dermatological issues.
- Mentor and train clinic staff in basic health screening, triage, and on-site care procedures.
- Participate in improving care delivery, operational processes, and patient experience.
- MBBS/MD, fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a local primary care or hospital setting.
- Comfortable with IT systems, telemedicine platforms, and digital health tools.
- Passionate about improving care and patient outcomes.
