Job Summary

The Cafe Operations Manager Trainee role is designed for ambitious individuals seeking a management position with opportunities to develop customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and on the floor.
  • Motivate the front-of-house team to maintain high service standards.

  • Manage inventory levels of retail and cafe items; assist with stock-taking and reordering.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the cafe space according to hygiene standards.
  • Support order fulfillment, including packing and coordinating with the kitchen team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as staff scheduling and daily reports.
