Marketing Communications Role

We are seeking a skilled marketing communications specialist to join our team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across various internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for internal channels
  • Maintain and enhance the company intranet/employee portal
  • Draft and circulate regular newsletters and communications
  • Partner with HR and other teams on onboarding, training, and engagement communications
  • Monitor communication metrics and suggest improvements
  • Support content development and updates for the corporate website and external channels
  • Plan and publish social media content
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Liaise with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and localisation of communications
  • Collaborate with HR on culture, engagement, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or corporate affairs
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
