Cargo Coordinator Role Summary

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Cargo Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cargo shipments and documentation, as well as engaging with airlines and third parties.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. As a Cargo Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all cargo shipments are in good condition and working closely with a team of cargo handlers.

Responsibilities

  • Handling Cargo Shipments and Documentation: Ensure all cargo shipments are accurately documented and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Engaging with Airlines and Third Parties: Develop and maintain relationships with airlines and third-party agents to ensure smooth cargo operations.
  • Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with a team of cargo handlers to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Supporting Operations: Provide support to operations as needed to ensure seamless cargo flow.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of GCE 3 'N' Level Credits
  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential
  • The ability to work rotating shifts and multitask effectively
