Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team as a Regional Finance Director. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the Regional Finance team in managing the full spectrum of financial management for the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Cash Flow: Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies to ensure optimal cash flow and liquidity.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial plans that align with the group's strategic objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports and analyses for the parent company.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, tax agents, and banking partners.
Requirements:
- Education: Master/Degree in Finance & Accounting from a reputable institution.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Professional Certifications: Hold a CA/CPA or equivalent and have comprehensive knowledge of accounting, finance, governance, and business partnerships.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Skill Sets: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
