Expert AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence expert to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, integrating business objectives with measurable results.

  • The ideal candidate will design and develop end-to-end AI systems, incorporating data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • A successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand complex client needs, translating them into actionable AI problems and delivering clear value propositions.
  • This role involves developing functional AI prototypes using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain, ensuring scalability for production environments.
  • The position requires assessing data maturity, identifying gaps, and recommending governance frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality data pipelines.
  • A strong background in Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, and MLOps is essential for this role, as well as staying up-to-date with industry advancements and applying insights to inform strategic direction and industry thought leadership.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science are required. Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery), Docker/Kubernetes, MLOps tools, and strong background in distributed computing are also necessary. Maritime/logistics industry knowledge is beneficial.
