Job Title: Temporary Dental Surgery Assistant

  • As a dental surgery assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services. This includes greeting and preparing patients for dental treatment, making them feel comfortable before, during, and after procedures.
  • You will maintain accurate patient medical and treatment records, as well as dentists' listings, to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • You will assist in providing patient care information and instructions prescribed by the dentist.
  • You will prepare and set up instrument trays and materials required for dental procedures.
  • During procedures, you will provide assistance to dentists, ensuring proper instruments and support for patient care.
  • You will take and develop dental diagnostic x-rays as needed.
  • Additionally, you will manage medical and dental emergencies with the dentist's guidance.
"> Required Skills and Qualifications ">
  • A minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Healthcare experience with a Certificate in Dental Assistant Course is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • At least two years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods is necessary.
  • Possible exposure to radiation when assisting with x-ray taking is a requirement.
