Product Specialist

Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage and maintain product details, inventory, pricing, and promotions across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update product details, inventory, pricing, and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, and other support functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to all incoming inquiries via the company's e-commerce website, emails, phone, walk-in, and other mediums in a timely manner.
  • Receive and process orders from multiple e-commerce platforms, company email accounts, and phone calls in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure all sales-related documents are properly received, prepared, and filed.
  • Guarantee data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor sales trends or customer behavior and suggest alternative sales or promotion strategies where necessary.
  • Manage customer complaints efficiently and escalate to management for reporting purposes or further action when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the sales and marketing manager.
