Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with other trades.
  • Conduct inspections of architectural works to ensure they meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of architectural works, managing progress to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of architectural works, including daily logs, progress reports, and quality inspection records.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • More than 10 years of work experience as Senior Architectural Supervisor in construction sites.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Singapore Construction Industry.
  • Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/Structural/MEP.
  • Candidates with experience in BIM projects are at an added advantage.
  • Possesses strong analytical and management skills and can lead the team in the delivery of the projects.
