Administrative Procurement Specialist

At CURTAIN SUITE PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for procuring materials, managing inventory, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Procure materials and equipment to support sales teams efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels of materials in store and ensure accurate tracking.
- Oversee the management of office stationery, equipment, and assets.
- Process orders, verify invoices, and track installation timelines effectively.
- Source and procure office snacks and other requested items.
- Familiarize yourself with MOM Regulations on foreign worker hiring.
- Process and renew work passes for employees.
- Administer workers' training needs, including CSOC and WAH courses.
- Manage payroll, HR admin duties, and other responsibilities.
Requirements:
We seek a candidate who possesses strong negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, purchasing, procurement, pricing, sourcing, and shipping.
Compensation:
