We are seeking a highly skilled Events & Publicity Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in promoting arts events across the island.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan and execute events that showcase arts talent from around the world.
  • Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets, arts organizations, and other relevant parties to promote events and secure coverage.
  • Communication: Craft compelling messages and press releases to engage audiences and encourage participation in events.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A proven track record of success in events management or public relations is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a related field such as event management, marketing, or communications is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $2,400 - $2,800 per month.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Our office is open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, but due to the nature of events, hours outside of stated hours will be compensable as time-off/overtime.
