Quantitative Trading Strategist

Crypto trading is a rapidly evolving field that requires expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis.

As a Quantitative Trading Strategist, you will develop and optimize quantitative strategies that power our trading systems. This is a high-impact role that combines data science, trading strategy, and machine learning in the fast-moving world of crypto.

  • Design and refine algorithmic trading strategies using statistical modeling and machine learning
  • Mine massive datasets for predictive indicators and alpha
  • Build simulation frameworks to validate trading hypotheses under various scenarios
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into low-latency systems
  • Perform post-trade analysis and contribute to performance decomposition and optimization

Key qualifications include a strong foundation in probability theory, time-series modeling, and optimization, as well as experience with market microstructure and tick-level/order book data. Bonus: Familiarity with kdb+/q, high-frequency trading systems, and crypto market structure (CEX/DEX/derivatives) is a plus.
