AI Platform Development Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development of AI platforms, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and expertise in distributed systems.
About the Role:
- Drive the design and strategy for our core AI platform, making critical decisions that enable scalable, efficient, and innovative AI development across the organization.
- Evaluate, prototype, and recommend new technologies and tools to keep our platform at the cutting edge.
- Mentor other engineers on the team, guiding them on complex technical challenges and promoting a culture of engineering excellence.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, security, and Dell solution architects.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience architecting, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or data platforms.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud-native technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle and the infrastructure required to support it at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and influence technical direction.
