Main Responsibilities of a Room Attendant include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and service pantries according to high standards.

This includes making beds, dusting furniture, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms and bedrooms, and vacuuming carpets. Additional duties involve replenishing mini bar items, organizing housekeeping trolleys and linen pantries, collecting soiled linen, assisting with placement or removal of guest room items, and ensuring rubbish is collected and disposed of properly.

Accurate and timely completion of assigned paperwork, reporting maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Coordinator, and handing over lost and found items to the Security Department are also key responsibilities.

The Room Attendant must be able to manage and monitor the housekeeping status of the 'Knowcross' system and perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
