Job Title: Strategic Marketing Communications Director

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Strategic Marketing Communications Director. This key role will be responsible for formulating and executing the Resort's marketing and communication strategies to further strengthen its brand presence.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to position the brand, increase awareness, and establish a lasting digital connection with consumers.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent positioning of the brand across all channels.

  • Leverage social media and online channels to launch optimized online adverts, newsletters, and promotional emails.

  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  • Cultivate relationships with hotel partners to co-promote programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or full professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry, with pre-opening experience.

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies.

  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, with the ability to analyze data and propose relevant initiatives and interventions.
