The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration (CAL) activities, providing technical support to Maintenance, and collaborating closely with Engineering and NPI teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PM/CAL schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform necessary repairs or maintenance to prevent machine shortfall and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address machine-related issues, and implement process improvements to enhance team building and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry, preferably in a maintenance or engineering role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to commit to a 12-hour day shift.
