Job Title:

Financial Strategist

Description:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. They should have a strong analytical mindset, good knowledge of SAP systems, and prior experience in Commercial FP&A or business partnering.

This role is responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to support business decision-making. This includes management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overall control.

The successful candidate will lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance finance department processes and performance. They will work closely with the General Manager to review and analyze entities' financial performance, address queries, and ensure closure of action items.

Analyze projects' profitability and submit regular reports to management, highlighting delta costs and margin achievements against forecasts. Manage cash flow, including cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange hedging requirements.
