Sales Support/Customer Service Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support/Customer Service Executive to join our team at ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Order Processing: Process and coordinate customers' orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding and knowledge of our company's products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales Support: Generate and process new sales leads, and update product item codes in our system.
  • Reporting: Compile and generate various monthly reports for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably within the food industry.
  • Skills: Positive attitude, customer service mindset, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words), and business level Korean language proficiency.

Working Environment:

  • Location: North
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday half day
  • Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience and qualifications.
