IT Risk Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT auditor with a proven track record of identifying and evaluating complex technology and business risks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design and implement effective controls to mitigate these risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive IT audits, identify and evaluate complex technology and business risks, and design effective controls to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop and communicate audit activities with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Audit and identify risks and non-compliances at project sites, evaluate the issues, and produce detailed audit/assessment reports.
Risk Identification and Control Evaluation
  • Evaluate complex technology and business risks, internal controls, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess discovered non-compliant issues in infrastructure operations and provide guidance on remediation.
  • Analyze issue deficiencies, determine impact, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Audit Reporting and Stakeholder Management
  • Provide clear and concise audit report covering findings, root cause, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Presentation of audit findings to senior stakeholders, both internal and external, in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follow up with project teams to ensure root causes are addressed and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
