Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline customer service and handle counter registrations, scheduling appointments
  • Collect payments and perform basic administrative duties
  • Explain treatment options to patients prior to procedures
  • Liaise with patients and family members to educate on medical follow-up appointments
  • Assist doctors in consultation rooms
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O/A Level or Diploma in any studies
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, dealing with patients in close contact
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including office hours
  • Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
