Senior Partnerships Manager - Asia Pacific

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to drive our expansion across the diverse and rapidly growing Asia Pacific markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise sales background, extensive experience working with banks and financial institutions in AP, and a keen understanding of the credit card ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, forging high-impact partnerships, and significantly contributing to revenue growth throughout the region. This includes building and managing a robust sales pipeline, leveraging existing networks and building new connections across AP to accelerate pipeline growth and convert existing opportunities.

Responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and closing complex commercial deals that align with strategic objectives, analysing market trends and competitive landscapes, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership implementation and ongoing management tailored to AP market requirements.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant business growth in AP. If you have experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, particularly in the financial services industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and telcos across key markets in AP.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, taking ownership of deals from lead generation through to closure.
  • Leverage your network and build new connections across AP to accelerate pipeline growth and convert existing opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify future potential growth opportunities and new revenue streams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on the financial services industry, particularly in banks and FIs in AP.
  • A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant business growth in AP.
  • Deep understanding of the banking and credit card ecosystems in AP.
