Fixed Income Trade & Fund Accounting Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Fixed Income Trade & Fund Accounting Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational backbone of a fast-growing business focused exclusively on fixed income and related markets.

This is an excellent chance for candidates with experience in managing trade lifecycle processes specifically for fixed income, currencies, and commodities products such as bonds, repos, FX, and related instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade support within financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity or iBank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily trade lifecycle activities related to fixed income, currencies, and commodities products.
  • Oversee fund and separately managed account (SMA) operations, including investor transactions, NAV calculations, and preparation of investor NAV statements.
  • Act as the primary liaison for auditors, fund administrators, brokers, custodians, and other external stakeholders to support audits, reporting, and operational workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in finance, economics, business administration, mathematics, engineering, or related fields.
  • CFA or MBA qualifications will be a bonus point.
  • Minimum 3 years in-house experience managing trade lifecycle processes specifically for fixed income, currencies, and commodities products.
