Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria's products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency and identifying cash collection partners for Ria SG.
  • Identifying prospective clients to become Ria cash collection partners.
  • Building up the Ria Cash Collection partners network and assisting partners and customer with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations.
  • Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team.
  • Supporting the team members in achieving sales target of retail, digital and cash collection partners.
  • Keep up to date with Ria's products, services, and policies.
  • Balance workflow of both retails and cash collection partners.
  • Prepare your daily, weekly and monthly plans and submitting to HOD
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.


Qualifications
What we will look for you to have:
  • Fresh graduate and above
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel.
  • Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Network in Singapore added as advantage.
  • Preferable Singaporean / PR / LTVP
  • Experience in remittance Industry added as advantage.
Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential to work alongside your team members and create outstanding services for the customers.
