Associate- Middle Office/ Trade Support – Rates, FX and Derivatives

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the Front office team on daily captures and validation of Rates, Derivates and FX transactions
  • Manage Regulatory reporting for the derivatives trade flow
  • Handle the BAU and the end-to-end workflow of the Trade lifecycle
  • Work closely with the relevant internal team such as front office, finance, risk, compliance, and operations team
  • Be involved in projects such as process improvements initiatives to improve workflow

To be eligible for this role you shall have:

  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant Middle Office/ Trade support experience in Banking/ Financial services
  • Hands on experience in Rates, FX and Derivates products is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise seamlessly with the front office and relevant departments to get the work done and resolve any issues if required
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment.
