Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of non-ferrous or commodity trading experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of non-ferrous metals markets, global trends, and regulations.
  • Proven leadership in managing trading teams with strong decision-making skills.
  • Experience in business strategy, market expansion, risk management, and financial performance.
  • International market experience, especially in China and global trade hubs.
  • Expertise in managing P&L, budgets, and cash flow.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English required for effective communication with HQ and clients.
