    • Apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting:
    • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure dashboard functionality and performance across different devices and platforms.
  • Training:
    • Conduct training sessions and roadshows to promote awareness and usage among target users.
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Assist with other data discovery tasks (non-dashboard related) that the team is working on.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense is a must, including dashboard development, data modelling, and reporting.
    • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, visualization tools, and scripting.
    • Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to convert data into meaningful information and insights.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Effective time and stakeholder management skills.
