We are looking for a passionate problem solver to join the Data Protection Program in Information Security Services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Java Spring Boot applications to handle data ingestion from various sources.
- Implement data transformation and integration processes to ensure seamless transfer of data into databases.
- Collaborate with external teams to support integration efforts, troubleshoot issues, and perform testing.
- Design and maintain scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
- Ensure the application is robust, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Develop, test, and maintain solutions through a CI/CD pipeline.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
- Proven track record of at least 4 years of working experience with Java Spring Boot framework and building applications in Java
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems.
- Proficiency in technologies for data integration and communication between services. (e.g Kafka, REST APIs, JDBC, SFTP)
- Experience in designing and managing microservices architectures, including service decomposition, inter-service communication, and deployment strategies
- Experience with DevOps with Continuous integration and release automation.
- Familiar in designing and implementing data transformation and integration workflows.
- Familiar with Container Technology, particularly those managed by OpenShift and Tanzu.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices, including logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Familiar with Python programming language
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide technical support.
