Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct project feasibility, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital control and group consolidation
  • Manage the entire accounting operations of the company which includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk
  • Prepare cashflow management report and project cost management report
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis of the group as well as operating units performance
  • Handle taxes, audit & general reporting
  • Monitor project performance and participate in project review and control
  • Maintain finance policies & procedures  
  • Ensure the company’s financial reports comply with laws, regulations, and standards

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent qualification would be a plus
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in private equity/asset management firms
  • Big4 Audit/CPA firm experience is highly preferred
  • Proven experience with financial reporting, general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill
  • Sound knowledge in regulatory & tax requirements in Singapore
  • Demonstrated ability to lead department initiatives
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Bahasa
