Requirement
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from an accredited institution.
  • Self-starter, with strong entrepreneurial mindset. Strong sales hunter and enjoys building a business from ground up.
  • Possesses at least 8 years of successful sales experience in the Asset Management industry.
  • Has a solid understanding of financial markets, various investment vehicles, and regulatory standards.
  • Exhibits outstanding communication abilities and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering client relationships and collaborating with team members.
  • Shows a proven capacity for self-directed work and initiative, as well as teamwork.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, hands-on role, with an entrepreneurial mindset to spearhead initiatives.
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical abilities and adeptness in solving complex problems.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Additional qualifications like CFA or CAIA certifications are considered advantageous.
