Job Descriptions:
1. As the Executive Assistant, oversee all work or personal matters pertaining to the Chairman and CEO with efficiency and promptness.
2. Organize and synchronize meetings, appointments, and events for the Chairman and CEO.
3. Coordinate comprehensive travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman and CEO as well as other company representatives.
4. Screen incoming calls, emails, and office visitors, managing all correspondence adeptly.
5. Prepare facilities for scheduled events, including arranging refreshments when necessary.
6. Handle the procurement of office supplies, oversee mail, and courier services, and serve as the primary liaison with the facilities management of the office building regarding any office-related issues.
7. Assume responsibility for all administrative and office-related affairs.
8. Document minutes for weekly office meetings, ensuring accurate and concise records.
9. Assist in the coordination of all company events, such as birthday celebrations, staff gatherings, and company dinners.
10. Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated by HR Manager and management.

Requirements:
1. Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or any field.
2. Demonstrate 1-3 years of secretarial or personal assistant working experience, ideally within a leadership or senior management context.
3. Merticulous and detailing are essentials.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is beneficial for effective communication and document translation purposes.
5. Maintain professionalism, exceptional organization, and time management skills while upholding strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
6. Show proficiency in both independent work and teamwork, being proactive and detail-oriented. Be adaptable to changing priorities and schedules..
7. Proficient in MS Office applications; Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
