JOB DESCRIPTION
I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title Sr Executive / Executive Substantive Grade

Department Finance

II. JOB PURPOSE
The role holder is responsible for Assist Accounting/Finance department for accounting and banking/treasury related activities.


III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will coordinate with external Company Secretary (advisors) to
maintain the company statutory registers and records
arrange for shareholder and director meetings
lodge and file in time all necessary documents required by law
incorporate new legal entities
provide administrative support in preparation of meetings
provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the board
assist in the implementation of corporate strategies by ensuring that the board’s decisions are properly carried out and communicated
ensure that the company meets all its legal obligations
stay updated on relevant developments and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations
Assist Accounting/Finance department for accounting and banking/treasury related activities.
Assist other sr. finance team members to manage day to day finance/legal operation
communicate adequately with all stake holders.



IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications Degree in Law/CS/ACA/MBA
Experience in Financial planning and reporting.
Experience in working on accounting software along with excellent working knowledge in MS Office.
Analytical approach.


Experience 2-5 years of p experience.

Work days 5.5 days a week – ONSITE
